Mike Gambini, Executive Chef
Chef Mike Gambini is a veteran of the Atlanta food scene with over 18 years of cooking and executive experience. Chef Mike has worked hand in hand with some of the best Chefs in San Diego and in Atlanta.
His passion for food and the restaurant business can be traced back to his early childhood. His family owned and operated several Mexican restaurants within the metro Atlanta area. Watching and helping his Grandma Elena cook meals from scratch for him and his seven brothers and sisters left a lasting impression and a love for cooking.
Early in his education Mike traveled the South, California and abroad to Mexico to expand his culinary techniques and palate. This is now reflected is his cuisine as a fusion of southern flavors with a touch of spice and worldly influences.
Mike is native to Snellville, Georgia however is fluent in Spanish which he acquired during his immersion of Latin cuisine and culture.
